The National Pension System (NPS) is one of the preferred retirement options in India, thanks to its low cost structure, transparency, hassle free operation, pension fund and investment pattern options and tax advantages. PFRDA, the regulator of NPS, is strongly committed to promote old age income security in the country. When you retire, you want a worry-free way of getting a regular income from investing the corpus you have accumulated over your working lifetime. However, at the time of maturity there are certain procedures are to follow to get the corpus amount withdrawn from the system and to get it annuitized. This survey is a steps to get an understanding about the awareness on exit process. The higher the awareness level, the better the smooth process.
