Setting for Mozilla Firefox

1. Enable TLS
The site requires TLS 1.2 to be enabled on the browser. General instructions for enabling TLS is as follows:

  • Open Mozilla Firefox browser
  • Type “about:config” in the url as shown in the figure below
  • Firefox browser would warn with a message as shown here
  • Click on “I accept the risk”
  • Configuration screen will appear on the browser. Search TLS by typing keyword TLS in the search bar as shown here
  • Check whether parameter value for security.tls.version.max is greater than 2, as shown in the figure above

2. Enable Java Script

  • In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.
  • Click "I'll be careful, I promise" if a warning message appears.
  • In the search box, search for javascript.enabled
  • Toggle the "javascript.enabled" preference (right-click and select "Toggle" or double-click the preference) to change the value from "false" to "true".
  • Click on the "Reload current page" button of the web browser to refresh the page.
